This soundtrack has such a vibe and makes great background music during the fall. I love Guaraldi’s playfulness and ability to paint a season with his compositions.
My favorite pieces are “The Great Pumpkin Waltz” and “Graveyard Theme.” “Charlie Brown Theme (Alternate Reprise Take 1)” might be my favorite version of that piece––it swings! Admittedly, I couldn’t listen to this album too intently because hearing “The Great Pumpkin Waltz” and “Charlie Brown Theme” often would have driven me crazy 😬.
